Two weeks ago, 09-05-2019, James and John White, Inc. painted our house near Anaheim Hills road. John did the walk-through and estimate. James brought the crew and checked in regularly for questions or issues. Cesar and his team did the setup, repair, caulking, taping, painting and cleanup. He also repaired some damaged wood and worked with me on a couple additional repairs. I'm especially happy with their stucco repair. There was wear all around and some corners were chipped and cracked. The property had settled a little since the 70's and there were a couple of long, ugly cracks in one wall. Once Cesar and his guys were done, you can't even see they were there. There was some bad stucco work from an old door installation. It couldn't really be repaired, but Cesar managed a subtle texturing that makes it invisible. The paint looks great and the house is clean and sharp. The whole process was quick, smooth and efficient. We were always completely comfortable with everyone on the team! Was an overall good experience and once we worked through some communication problems the job turned out great. Replaced wood trim, painted the house , porch and gate. The total cost was $3500 for about a 1300 sq foot house. Very easy to work with and they don't charge a deposit. Would recommend them if you need a great painter.- Richard B. 2/28/2016
